New Victory Lines Earn Positive Reviews At NRA

 
 
    Of Aga Foodservice Equipment's four companies (Eloma, Infinity Fryers, Victory Refrigeration, and Stellar Steam), Victory Refrigeration took the bragging rights for displaying the newest equipment at the recent National Restaurant Association Show.

    During the show, which was held from May 19 to May 22 in Chicago, dealers, consultants, end-users and other industry members had the chance to evaluate Victory's new glass door merchandiser and back bar refrigeration lines. Both lines were introduced earlier this year.

    According to Mark Whalen, president of AFE and Victory, the displayed merchandisers and back bar pieces received good reviews from visitors to the company's booth. "Our most recently released products were very well received," he stated. "Everyone was impressed with the back bar line-up's elegant look and the performance it offers. Glass door merchandisers are something of a niche product for us, but we were distributing Victory-branded bottled water from the units, so we had a chance to demonstrate them live."

    The comparative benefits of both new product lines, Whalen noted, were explained to booth visitors using the template of Victory's V2E marketing campaign. This pledge stresses value through product differentiation, a standard two-year parts-and-labor warranty on all products, and energy efficiency. Victory merchandisers are built with high-grade stainless-steel interior floors with rounded corners for easy cleaning and triple-paned doors for better insulation. The company's back bar units offer front-breathing condensers for easy maintenance and a sleek, modern design more typically found in spec products than value-line offerings. And both lines are supported by Victory's category-leading warranty.

    These features and how they are supported Victory's overall sales and service strategy, Whalen said, caught the attention of many visitors to the Victory booth. "Show-goers were very impressed with our V2E campaign, what it represents and especially with what it means to end-users."
