Visitors to the Aga Foodservice Equipment booth at the National Restaurant Association Show, set for May 19th through 22nd at McCormick Place in Chicago, will have the opportunity to see Victory Refrigeration's newest products first-hand.

    Chief among these, said Mark Whalen, president of Victory and AFE, is the manufacturer's new line of back bar refrigeration equipment.

    "There are a couple of back bar specialists that price their units at a significant premium to other manufacturers," stated Whalen. "What we've done is provide cabinets with the types of features, dimensions and elegant good looks industry professionals expect from a spec line and bring them to market at price points that compete with many commodities."

    Among the notable features of Victory's back bar units, Whalen said, is their front-breathing design. This allows units to be serviced from the front, making it practical for end-users to recess them into a wall, as many operators prefer to do for both practical and aesthetic reasons.
