Aga  AFE To Build On Cross-The-Board
Sales Growth At New York Show

    Whalen emphasized that the sales successes achieved by AFE's Victory, Infinity, Stellar and Eloma brands has been founded on the companies' enduring commitment to category-leading energy, oil and/or water efficiency, unsurpassed build quality and performance dependable enough to be backed by exclusive two-year standard parts and labor warranties. Based on 2006's excellent sales results to date, Whalen expects to see a steady influx of of buyers and specifiers of refrigeration and cooking equipment at AFE's booth #1438, most notably those involved with the noncommercial healthcare and education markets, catering and remote-feeding programs, and commercial chain and independent restaurants. Live! From New York! It's Victory Refrigeration!

     Taking a turn on center stage during the upcoming New York International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show will be products from Victory Refrigeration, which will be on exhibit in booth #1438. Those who attend the November 11 through 14th trade extravaganza will find Victory represented by blast chillers, "Big Top" prep tables and functional examples of both Spec Series and Value Series reach-in refrigerators.

    According to Mark Whalen, president of Victory and the Aga Foodservice Equipment division, the exhibited reach-in refrigerators will be used by a pair of professional chefs during the show to store prepared foods and ingredients that will be prepared in boilerless combi ovens from Eloma, Victory's newest sister company in AFE.

Infinity Rides Wave Of Sales Success Into NY Restaurant Show

     Having steadily gained new sales and market share in the schools, chain restaurant and healthcare segments throughout 2006, Infinity fryers will be notably displayed at the Aga Foodservice Equipment division booth, #1438, during the upcoming New York International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show.

    While Infinity equipment will not be preparing food products during the show, as gas may not be piped up to the main exhibition floor at New York's Jacob Javits Convention Center, Infinity will be exhibiting its exclusive automatic filtration system, which allows operating staff to clean an entire tank of frying oil in just four minutes.

Eloma To Offer Cooking Demos At NY Show

    Operators, specifiers and other members of the foodservice industry will have the opportunity to observe - and taste the results from - cooking demonstrations performed by professional chefs on equipment from Eloma combi ovens during the upcoming New York International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show.

    According to Mitch Cohen, VP of Cooking System Sales for Stellar and Eloma (as well as Infinity fryers), live cooking demonstrations will be presented throughout each day during the show, which runs from November 11 to November 14 at NYC's Jacob Javits Convention Center.
