For Mark Whalen, president of Aga Foodservice Equipment and its Victory Refrigeration component, the 2007 National Restaurant Association Show will be a time to reinforce AFE's three-pronged value proposition that, he says, continues to distinguish the company in an increasingly crowded market.

For Aga Foodservice Equipment's Eloma combi oven and Stellar Steam brands, both of which are relatively new to the U.S. foodservice industry, this exposure is particularly valuable, according to Mitch Cohen, vice president of cooking system sales for Eloma, Stellar and Infinity Fryers.
